We just moved our mom into The Park at Bay Area and so far she absolutely loves it. The place is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have been quick to respond to her needs and she really likes the food. Andrea is very kind. She gave us a tour and took the time to answer all of our questions. Melissa was great. She also took the time to answer our many questions prior to move-in and coordinated everything making the process effortless. I think we finally found "our place".
visited this facility last week, greeted with a smile, great environment, beautiful facility, wonderful staff ready to help, ate lunch with my grandpa, great food attention to detail and great options. recommend this facility for any families that need assisted livingor memory care.
