Excellent experience with The Parcel Centre in East Lyme! We brought in a carefully packed and sealed return that included lithium batteries. The staff questioned us in detail about the batteries and, wanting to make sure everything was packaged safely and correctly, opened the package themselves to inspect it. They determined that the batteries needed to be packaged differently and took the time to repack everything properly, even finishing the job after we left so we didn't have to wait. Friendly and competent!
Great spot for UPS and FedEx package drop offs. They also have some cards and other small things for sale. The parking lot can be tricky to see, and I accidently went into the bank parking lot before it. But plenty of parking if you do get to the right spot.
I had a custom canvas picture made here and it's absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful and they all have great personalities! Thank you Parcel Center!
