The Parcel Center is a small family owned business. Gary, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He will gladly spend time with customers either in person or on the phone. I drive past at least three UPS stores to get to the Parcel Center because of how great the people there are. I highly recommend their services.
This store is a wonderful family owned business. Gary, who is one of the owners is also a notary, and is always willing and able to notarize any important documents when I have walked in without an appointment. His wife and I believe his daughters also work there, and they are always straightforward and professional. I also love that they have a selection of cards, tape, and anything else you can use or need for your shipping needs, especially in a crunch!
