Complete trash! These people took my retainer, and to me about the stats of my claim for months. When I finally demanded an update and statement of account, it was discovered they did NOTHING, and let the 2 year statue of limitations pass. Now I'm taking legal action against this worthless Paralegal house. When I win, I'll be sure to reach out to the trash at the Paralegal house, to teach them how to be paralegals, since they have no clue. Keep your money, and dont even look at these people.....trailer trash!

No knowledge of the law, horrible service. Two-faced representatives. They are a "paralegal house" literally as a room in someone's house. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10-foot pole.
Readers may enjoy this: I only spoke to these people once for about 10 minutes and they 1. Don't seem to understand how to work a phone system, as I was "put on hold" while an agent was shuffling around papers haphazardly, lightly bickering with one of her co workers. 2. Are unable to speak professionally, as when I spoke to two different reps the first seemed to be unintelligible, and the second seemed to be hot tempered and brash. 3. (This is the great one) They seem to have very little to no understanding of federal laws.... read more
