Terrible customer service. I ordered a personalized leather photo album and was told it would be done by last week, and I paid in full and also paid extra to have it mailed to me. To date I have not received the order, and I both called yesterday, and appeared there in person today. No one can tell me the status of my order. No one can find the paperwork on the order. And I was told the owner is the only one who has info on orders. Does this sound like anyway to run a business? Very upset and am very doubtful this order will... read more
