I needed to have documents notarized and sent by courier. I thought I have to go two different places. The ladies in the store was so nice and gave me very good service. I got the documents notarized, scanned to my email and the had a courier service there too. One stop for everything. They also had some nice gift items in the store. I will come back and can warmly recommend their services. And the store is woman owned and operated. I wish I could add some more stars. They deserve 5+ stars.
Never have I thought that I highlight of my day would be getting something notarized. The team at The Paper Trail, particularly Danielle, were the light I needed during an incredibly difficult and stressful day. I ended up needing to come back about four times in the day, and each time I was warmly welcomed, treated compassionately, and left feeling better than when I came in. Very grateful I found this little gem nestled in Whitehorse.
Absolutely best customer service.
