My wife and I wanted a head and neck massage, instead we ended up being stood on and my wife is still sore and bruised days later. Even when she asked not to be stood on, the lady kept going. They went to the toilet during the massage and then finished early. For some reason the one that massaged my wife used a rough towel to massage her instead of touching her. The massage was trouble its was all done very fast and experiences was not nice she didn't even massage my arms or foot and wipe down with cold towels i could even hear music left light on so uncomfortable and wouldn't even go back i have had lots of massage CASH only .sad and it cost $70 online its say $59 with oil and no hot stone ?
Not sure if I would go back... My partner and I are locals and we wanted to try The Palms seeing as we've only seen and read great reviews. We paid $69 each for an hour full body massage. The price is also listed differently online than it is in store (why?!) They started late and finished about 6 minutes early. The massage beds were uncomfortable and towels rather scratchy and stiff.
