I had a pre‑booked massage appointment and arrived on time. A couple of minutes into the session, another customer walked in. The staff member left the room, accepted the walk‑in appointment, and told me she would call another masseuse, who wasn’t onsite, to come in and take over my booking. Although the staff member was friendly and apologetic, this approach felt very unprofessional, especially for a first visit. I chose to leave rather than wait for another therapist to arrive. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Had a very good massage from Ice. She goes out of her way to target areas highlighted to her. You can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Palms Thai Massage & Day Spa, Katie and the whole team highly enough. Every single one that works there is at the upmost highest calibre with their skills, professionalism and welcoming, warm, kind nature. This is the only place I will go to and will make the effort to travel if I am out of the area because nowhere else comes close to the service you receive here. I am a customer for life. Thank you to Katie, Nataly, Mint, Annie, Molly, Ice and Tar Tar.
