I walked in and waited around 20 minutes to be seen, which I didn’t mind, but only after waiting was I told she could only do a 30-minute massage because she “needed to go to the bank due to an error” that she had made in the morning. During the massage she took about 3 or 4 phone calls, one where she left the room completely and the others she answered while continuing the massage one-handed.
