Over all 2.5 stars. This Residential Village has potential to be much better. It has it's good points, but is is not what i envisioned it to be. Like an Oasis it is nestled amongst other farm sites one could describe resembling dump sites. Then there is a noisy highway next to it. Be great if a sound barrier could be added. Most homes here are build out of cardboard and noise travels straight through them. Large common garden areas means noise of various mowers and other equipment, if you are happy to endure this.
