While visiting a friend there today, I noticed that the place was dirty, a mess. Her toilet was clogged, stuff laying all around on the floor I notified staff and no one came. I asked for the administrator. They said she was on the phone, apparently she was on the phone for hours. Someone else came and said they only have two housekeepers for the whole place, including independent, living and assisted living. They do not check on her often. Not recommended!!!
