Your receptionist are very professional, polite & if any issues with appointments, they do their absolute best to get you another at the earliest time. It's been a pleasure in dealing with your team. Also, a big THANK YOU to my hand therapist (that was assigned to me), SHANNON. She is very pleasant to talk to & have a good laughs with, whilst doing her job.
I found all the staff at Mudgeeraba Hand Clinic to be courteous & very helpful. This was my 2nd time to the practice & on both occasions the specialists, hand physio's, & receptionists were professional, friendly & very helpful.
I recently hand surgery on my hand for arthritis. Shanon was the hand therapist who looked after me post surgery. She was helpful, gentle and explained everything in layman terms to me so it was easy to flow her instructions. I have had an excellent outcome and my thumb area is nearly pain free and have very little pain at the 7 week mark post surgery. I was concerned proceeding with the operation as it was in my right hand. But I am more than happy that I did
Dr Kent was out of this world and all went to plan,as being a google doctor was concerned with carpal tunnel and finger release together but all went well.As for palms hand therapy very nice team and Shannon very professional but found the fee's bit over the top for a basic consultation but thats life when alternatives are small.
My husband Michael has had several appointments with The Palms Hand Therapy Clinic. We have already rated Professor Graham with five stars but would also like to thank and provide feedback to the reception staff who have always been very friendly, courteous and accommodating in their dealings with Michael.
