Very helpful staff. The residents are friendly and welcoming
Our choice to move Mom into the Palms was made easier with the help of Dawn, Robbie and Vickie and the wonderful staff. The Palms had all the necessary assistance for Mom and she has settled comfortably into her apartment and new routine.
We have made many wonderful friends. We have wonderful neighbors. Our apartment is like home so quiet and clean. Thanks to Oliver. The laundry is clean and convenient. The meal servers are awesome. The food is good. Couldn't ask for better managers Robb and Vicki. Great Staff.
Dawn in Sales was extremely helpful in finding the perfect accomodation for my Mother. The units are well laid out, clean, great views, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Palms to any seniors looking for a comfortable retirement facility.
