We needed to move a parent in with very short notice. The staff went above and beyond to make it possible. Once there, the staff treated our parent with dignity, compassion and integrity. If your looking for place in the CV for a parent, this is the place. Excellent staff with lots of experience and professionalism. The location is a nice safe neighborhood with shopping and resturants minutes away.
My mom started at The Palms at La Quinta Retirement Living and as her memory needs increased. We moved her to the memory care unit. The level of care and attention I experience was exceptional. They have a loving staff that is always very attentive and hands on to her needs. If you have a loved one who need memory care, I highly recommend them.
The whole experience with The Palms at LaQuinta Memory Care has been wonderful. The staff is caring and compassionate and they made the transition go so smoothly. The administration was very helpful and they made my whole family feel cared about.

My stepfather was a resident at The Palms Memory Care facility for 9 months prior to his passing from dementia. The staff was extremely professional and kind to my stepfather and my mother as we navigated through his final months of life.
