Both of my parents received amazing care and love at The Palms at La Quinta Assisted Living and until they both passed. The staff was incredibly caring, from the daily care, nursing staff and ease of communcations from professional management of Rachael and Roland. The Palms treated my parents and our entire family like family and highly recommend The Palms for the best care of your loved ones.
We needed to move a parent in with very short notice. The staff went above and beyond to make it possible. Once there, the staff treated our parent with dignity, compassion and integrity. If your looking for place in the CV for a parent, this is the place. Excellent staff with lots of experience and professionalism. The location is a nice safe neighborhood with shopping and resturants minutes away.
My mom started at The Palms at La Quinta Retirement Living and as her memory needs increased. We moved her to the memory care unit. The level of care and attention I experience was exceptional. They have a loving staff that is always very attentive and hands on to her needs. If you have a loved one who need memory care, I highly recommend them.
