I recently moved my grandfather into The Palmettos after my grandmother passed. The care he is receiving has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and adjusting well to his new surroundings. My family and I LOVE the Palmettos and could not of picked a better place for him. If anyone is looking for a place that treats their residents like family, look no further than The Palmettos!!
I have been wanting to leave a review ever since Grandmomma died in April of 2024. My mom asked me to let it go. However, after seeing all of the Facebook posts about National Assisted Living Week, and showing all of the fun activities, I have to wonder if memory care was involved in anything. The Palmettos is one of my favorite facilities to visit. The residents are visibly happy and well taken care of. The staff radiates with joy and you can really tell how much they care about every person that lives there. I would choose the palmettos to send my own loved one!
