The Palace Senior Living has been such a blessing during my aunt’s transition. Vanessa and Rose in Customer Service have been incredibly supportive from the very beginning, and Jorge and the Nursing team have provided such compassionate care and reassurance. The entire staff has made her feel truly welcomed and comfortable, and our family is so grateful for the kindness and attention they’ve shown every step of the way. It truly means so much to us. 💛
Yesterday we celebrated my dad's 89th birthday. What a great evening! Rose & Danny made it a memorable event. The decorations were awesome & Danny went above & beyond to accomodate my family. I forgot to inform them that my nephew is vegan & Danny made sure he was accomodated. Everything was simply outstanding. Kudos to the Chef for a delicious dinner & Thank you to all the staff members that came out to sing Happy Birthday.
The Palace Suites has been an absolute blessing for my grandmother since her recent move. The entire team has made the transition seamless and reassuring for our family. We are especially grateful to Vanessa and Rose, who have gone above and beyond with their communication, kindness, and support throughout the entire process. Their dedication truly made all the difference.
My mother recently moved to The Palace. I must thank the fantastic staff for smoothing a stressful process. The facilities are elegant and well maintained. The meals are excellent. I'm happy my mother is sourrounded by such caring people.
