I absolutely love the Palace. It's everything I wanted and more. Everyone has been wonderful. Hat's off to Ashley Jimenez for all her help. whenever and whatever I needed or wanted. So glad I moved here!!!!!
This place is a complete disgrace, and it all starts with the management—especially Maria. The way she runs this facility is not only unprofessional, it’s downright cruel. There is zero regard for the people who work here. Employees are treated like they’re disposable, like their personal lives and health don’t matter at all. If you’re not willing to bend over backwards for them—no matter what your availability or situation is—they’ll find a way to push you out. Ashley and the whole move in team treated my father with care and made the transition effortless.
Amazing facility and staff. We have had a parent there for nearly 2 1/2 years, first in independent living, then alf, and now memory care, so we know everyone. Now in memory care unit, am really impressed, and has been a fantastic decision!
