The condos are cheaply built. NOTHING is designed or crafted with older people in mind. Toilets are standard height, cabinets can’t be reached with a step stool. The worst part is that the entire community is built on a hill. There is no level walking areas and no common area with trees or benches. Lastly, we were promised a 30d post move in touch up We kept a list of things of issues needed correcting. We completed the paperwork. After 60d they still haven’t shown up. We experienced a good response from the Pasch team regarding our new condo. We were sent updates about the construction on a regular basis. We love the finished product. The location of Equine Meadows is very convenient to shopping and family.
