Awful customer loyalty, asked to reserve a product and went within 24 hours to pick it up, the rep sold it to another customer while I was in the store. Truly disappointed Edit- I am a very loyal customer and the only reason I couldn't prepay was because I purchased my 2 30 gram limit the day before. Then used my reference to sell the customer the ounce I was coming in to buy, like I mentioned felt completely disrespected by the whole situation best to just buy a canna cabana membership and get the best prices in town!
Called in for tenzo smalls and got told a strain, when I walked in I got mislead, and that its BLK MKT and that he reserved the last oz, came up to 240$ compared to 175$... safe to say to steer clear!
Always worth passing by here. Top tier customer service, knowledge and prices, genuinely. By far the best dispensary price wise in cornwall, especially with daily specific specials. Staff cares about your experience, making sure you pick something that's actually what you're looking for. Didn't catch their names, but the new employee was great and my guy with the beanie helped choose the perfect product as per usual. 🥂
BEWARE: Major security risk. I used 'Google Autofill' to register on this website, and less than two hours later, I received multiple fraud alerts for unauthorized international charges on different credit cards. This is NOT a coincidence. There is a serious security breach or data leak. I strongly suspect this could be internal or that someone within the company is mishandling customer data for these frauds. Do not use your information or cards on this site!
