I met with Asja, what a wonderful experience. This was my 1st time, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Well, I left there feeling amazing. She poked and prodded and massaged all to my satisfaction. I've scheduled my 2nd visit.
Went and saw Asja for my first session, and I was so impressed with her attention to detail and how she explained Neurosematic therapy to me in a way that made so much sense. She guided me on things I can do to help with tension in my shoulder/neck and also improve my sleep. I look forward to my neurosematic journey thanks to Asja!
