Walked in requesting a different size gown and from the start the girl who was helping had a bad attitude. She suggested that I try it on and And insisted that the gown I received already fit how it was supposed to. She looked at me like I was an idiot for requesting a different size so when I made it clear I was definitely going to be changing the size regardless of her opinion she said " well I can do that for you you don't have to demand it". Horrible. First issue I had is my daughters grad announcements...every picture looked grainy and like she was sunburned. Since they looked so bad I had to go through another print company to get some that looked decent. Did Herff Jones offer any discount, refund. or apologies? Nope. And the pictures from the other company turned out perfect. Second issue, my daughters father and I both ordered a cap and gown and when I went to return it I was given a 1 week turn around on the refund check. No big deal, right? 3 weeks later I... read more
