Horrible customer service I wanted to order a baseball jersey for my son but since his school doesn’t use this company I am unable to order which is just crazy to me but after reading the other reviews guess I dodged a bullet!

Ok so I ordered March 23, 24, received a majority of my products by April 5. I didn’t receive cap, gown, class ring, or diploma pic frame. I called and they answered all my questions. Ring takes 6-8 wks. Cap, gown, and frame comes week before graduation date. Thankfully my daughter’s school rents out cap and gown on weekends for pictures. My daughter’s ring was ready for pick up today May 10, 24. Happy parents. Thank you.
This place is a joke!! Bad customer service! Ordered my daughter highschool cap and gown since January and still haven’t received it!! They ordered the wrong cap and gown and the school had to send them back. Still waiting and said the cap and gown won’t be in till the end of the month!! Big inconvenience and still have to wait to take pictures! Also when calling and talked to the lady on the phone she was really rude about the situation!!
Ended up missing so many pieces of the ultimate ring package which was the most expensive package for my son for his graduation of 2024. Everything came sporadically and I had to go to the main building to pick up items that they forgot to place in my son's package when it was delivered to the school.
