I ordered graduation package (cap&gown, ring, frame, invitations etc) this was in October 2025 I was told they be in to school by (spring)Match ring never came in. I called late March they said order was sent never sent in so they resent it again to get filled, it be now in on last week of April. Called again last week of April was told that it was on the way now it be in first week of May. My family has worked hard to pay my brothers graduation package he has gotten anything BUT the ring, we paid it a long time ago but we never have gotten it, they are irresponsible and my mom tried calling and THEY HANG UP ON HER!!! Never go here.
Horrible customer service I wanted to order a baseball jersey for my son but since his school doesn’t use this company I am unable to order which is just crazy to me but after reading the other reviews guess I dodged a bullet!
