I ordered a jacket from their website ,that was sold out everywhere else, this store was the only store that still had it in stock. I called the store to ask a few questions and the employee was respectful and polite. I would definitely order again, great finds for past season or sold out, hard to find outdoor apparel.
Where do I begin! The outfitters, adventure gear and apparel has definitely the best costumer service I have ever encountered in my life. I bought two headlamp batteries off of Amazon which got lost and Amazon couldn't do anything about it. I contacted the seller which was this store and got a swift response from Don who made a new customer (myself) a lifelong customer. Without a question he sent me two batteries at the stores expense which may not seem like much but it certainly made me feel like a part of their community. ... read more
