Went into the store seeking advice for some fly fishing in the area and the man working there was not only NOT friendly but quite rude. Maybe Winthrop needs a more helpful fly shop!
Definitely a one of a kind store with the gear you may need! Great knife and fly selection!
Shop owner was super cool and friendly. Had no idea on how to fish for trout in the local lakes and he was quick and knowledgeable to share some secrets on how he gets the job done and how to do certain line ties. Very helpful. Very nice guy. Loved the shop to as well as the owner. Super friendly, and he definitely helped me and my girlfriend catch a ton of trout. God bless him.
This place is awesome!! Highly recommend! I asked the owner of the store what I needed to help catch trout in Pearrygin Lake, he was very friendly and showed me immediately what to buy and what would work. The stuff worked too!! Check out the pictures. We came back the next day and showed the photos, before we left, the owner came out and gave us a free sticker!
