As a manager at The Outdoor Room I would like to point out that the review by Claire Pascoe is unfortunately for an entirely different company and she must have confused us with them. We certainly have not filed for insolvency and are continuing to design and build beautiful gardens (not outdoor buildings) for clients and designers across the southeast.
I would put 0 stars if I could. This company failed to build what we paid for, in fact delivering a building a surveyor deemed not worth the ground it was built on. Check them on companies house and you can see they recently filed for insolvency, and suddenly are working again in the new year. I say this as a warning to anyone looking to use this company - think twice.
