What a great experience I have had with The Outdoor Living Space! John is the nicest guy and he assisted me through a difficult process with a product that I ordered with a small problem. I was so surprised to hear a real person answer the phone AND help me immediately with super fast service and replaced a product I had ordered. It is very hard to find reliable and quality service when ordering online but this company is in the US and deeply cares about their customers.
