I took outdoor cushions to be remade. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have an excellent selection of fabric. The cushions turned out beautifully. If I had any complaint it would be that the cushions did take 5 months to come back, but in my mind it was worth the wait.
Great experience and really nice people! John went out of his way to make this a painless experience. Furniture showed up a few weeks earlier than expected as well! I highly recommend this company!
We had a fantastic experience with John and The Outdoor Living Store team. They helped us to select and design our patio furniture and even let us borrow temporary furniture from their store while our new furniture was being built. A true family-oriented store and culture. Highly recommended!

What a great experience I have had with The Outdoor Living Space! John is the nicest guy and he assisted me through a difficult process with a product that I ordered with a small problem. I was so surprised to hear a real person answer the phone AND help me immediately with super fast service and replaced a product I had ordered. It is very hard to find reliable and quality service when ordering online but this company is in the US and deeply cares about their customers.
