The worst. Dave gave a 3 line drawing of our pool hose. Had to design everything with contractors that showed up and even point out to his employees we had a di ing board and steps! They also clipped our sprinkler system. Added a whole concrete slab and our drainage system for the pool is so messed up we have a sink hole in the yard. David Martin no. We just handed them 80k for more problems.

Went in with brand new interest in a pool and to talk about the process. Asked about required spacing from septic tank and lines. She said she had no idea, try google, like the same google if she needed to know where to get a covid booster. That's the perfect way to lose the customer at the absolute first opportunity.
