This office has the worst communication with their clients. Before my DACA expired I called and asked if we can submit an expedite request. Diana told me no because at the time she had done it for another case and USCIS was still stating cases within processing time didn’t even bother to call or try. When my DACA expired and I lost my job I didn’t receive a courtesy call or anything.
