From my horrible experience.. Don't risk your time and money. Thanks to the Ortiz law firm my immigration case got archived for almost 2 years. My case got approved in less then 6 months (2019) since they put up the application and send all the paper work. But the staff from Ortiz Law never answer or told me that I had been approved and that my appointment had a date scheduled (also on 2019) So I had to wait in MX for almost 4 years (2019- 2023).
