My discounted dress was pure silk and very wrinkled. She was able to shorten the dress, use the excess fabric to make beautiful sleeves, and then pressed the dress to dewrinkle. We also noticed a small error during the final fitting and she fixed it right then and there. She was so flexible, personable, and so easy to work with during my three fittings.
Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. I am a previous wedding vendor and I received many different quotes before picking this location. I drove an hour each time to see her and after the initial experience things weren’t great. Each appointment was rushed (I had 2 dresses) making it so things got forgotten. I requested lace be saved from my dresses- it didn’t happen. My dress was tailored perfectly. I had an amazing experience and I would definitely come back!
My dress was perfect and it was all because of Kristen! I’m 4’10” and have struggled my whole life to find clothes that fit. On my wedding day, one of my top priorities was to have a perfect fitting dress, and I give all the credit to Kristen. I originally bought my dress in Florida and unfortunately got alterations done by their recommended seamstress.
