Claire is fantastic and I highly recommend her!!!!! I’ve seen multiple therapists over the past decade to help with an anxiety issue around public speaking, and over a 10-week period, Claire was able to help me completely overcome that fear. Although the public speaking issue has been resolved, I continue to see her to work through other areas, as her support has been incredibly valuable.
I initially went for Hypnotherapy, and along with this, Claire introduced me to other therapies that we were able to work into my sessions. It gave me the accountability and support to really help me implement those changes in my day to day life. Since seeing Claire, my outlook on life has changed for the better and I'm really grateful.
Loved working with Claire, she was very personable and gave me many practical useful tips. Claire is very knowledgeable and I feel that she is really good at explaining the hows and whys, with solutions. Would definitely recommend Claires services
I had 4 sessions with Claire and found them fantastic. I have noticed great positive changes in myself. Claire is very welcoming, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend.
