Ordered some merino wool Tshirts, and it wasn't a straightforward order, and the Organic Tshirt folks put customer service and satisfaction ahead of everything else the whole way through. Very impressive. If 6 stars were available, I'd go 6. Top quality garments as well.
Gorgeous merino fabric, stunning colour options, and I love the 'Comfy Shorts'! They are happy to make custom adjustments and are a pleasure to deal with - excellent communication and service. Also reasonable prices and sustainable business practices, locally made and just delightful. I will continue to buy clothes from here because I am never disappointed with the quality. I really feel that the team at Organic T-shirt really care about the quality and getting the right fit. I love the woollen singlet tops. The green is a great colour. The sizing didn't work for me but I can return it once and have it remade to my measurements. The cotton singlet top is good quality - not flimsy - but as a result it doesn't have as much stretch as the woollen - so you may want to go up a size if you don't like a tight fit. They let me send in a T-Shirt which I knew fit me perfectly and the then used that shirt to make my order and any future orders with. Excellent service and super helpful.
