Very disappointed, I ordered 2 raised garden beds on October 2nd and was told 10 days until shipping, still haven’t received them yet and had no updates UNTIL I emailed them in the last week of October to see why I hadn’t received shipping confirmation and they then tell me they can’t source the materials for my preferred color, they offered me a secondary color which I accepted and I was told they would be organizing the items on Monday one week ago now and I was told they would expedite shipment I called them yesterday and... read more
Some parts were missing but Carl was quick enough to replace the parts, will have to change the rating depending on when the replacement arrives.

I’m a landscaper and ordered garden beds from The Organic Garden Co. on 7th October. According to Ron, they’re supposedly manufactured in Brisbane and take 10–15 days to deliver. The order was dispatched on the 9th, so you’d expect delivery within a few days, but that’s where the story falls apart. Despite their website being full of “feel-good” words about quality and service, the reality is quite the opposite.
