Recently visited this store and felt welcomed as soon as i walked through the door. A store assistant came up to me to ask if i have any questions and answered all of them perfectly. It's obvious that April (?) knows a lot about skincare. He confidently responded to all of my concerns as well as asked me about my skin sensitivity etc. It didn’t feel salesy at all, just honest and helpful. Good for Deciem for employing knowledgable employees!
I’m very disappointed…I’ve made an order at 14/11 from the website, I paid the order and I haven’t received and verification email. I’ve reached by e mail the customer service. They asked me for some information about my order and since then, I still haven’t got an answer. I’m sending kind reminder e mails, but you keep ignoring me…I still wait for an answer, but if I’m not getting any, I’ll sue you…
