As soon as I walk through the door, I was greeted by Ama and she was truly such a gem! She took the time to take me through the new items in the store as well as answering any questions regarding my skin concerns. She was such a pleasure to speak with and created a warm/inviting environment to shop!! Such a positive experience
i was helped my ama today and let me tell you she was amazing. absolutely loved her energy and she shade matched my roommate and i perfectly. walked away with their foundation when i just came in for 1 thing, but not mad at it al all. it felt like talking to an old friend. will 100% be a regualar this location.
Recently visited this store and felt welcomed as soon as i walked through the door. A store assistant came up to me to ask if i have any questions and answered all of them perfectly. It's obvious that April (?) knows a lot about skincare. He confidently responded to all of my concerns as well as asked me about my skin sensitivity etc. It didn’t feel salesy at all, just honest and helpful. Good for Deciem for employing knowledgable employees!
