The first experience I have with this agency or this nursing home was very nice with Erica. I went there and she walked me through and everything was very nice. This place has lied about their care of the patients. They talk loud but their care is poor. Using one patients bathroom as their stop spot. Feeding a patient cold food on dirty plates. Stealing a patients clothing and giving it to other patients. Giving one patient only one shower a week, if that. They use that as a form of punishment. I recently transferred my mother from another facility NOT affiliated with The Orchards due to unprofessionalism and I was concerned for my mothers well being and overall health….Since the transfer to the orchards my mother is happier and healthier in the less than 90 days she has been A resident at the orchards she has received physical therapy all her meds.
