My mother died, because if the lack of care, she went septic because they failed to properly bath and care for her.

I work at Tucson Medical Center in Arizona. I was pleasantly surprised at the facility here. The staff were all very helpful and nice. My mom is well taken care of and I am so thankful to everyone here for all you do to make our families safe and happy. And kiddos to the kitchen staff. Her dinner looked and smelled amazing! I don't think she left a bite.

My husband is so happy living here. All the staff have been wonderful, always helpful. I visit regularly and have never found anything of concern. I couldn't be happier !

There are very few staff members that I can say I trust working here. As a previous employee I wouldn't put my loved one in this community. Young caregivers with near to no experience. Some of which very much get annoyed when needing to provide resident care. And have attitudes about doing their job. They re hire girls that would come to work intoxicated. Nice faculty but cold staff. Have a loved one just moved into there as it was the only opening. The place she lived has infestation issues and these people throw everyone associated with the person under the same umbrella to the point of actually accusing others of bringing issues into the facility even though there is no association with said person.
