Super friendly service and I was so happy that Apple referred us to this new location! Making an appointment was so easy and I even got my phone 📱 cleaned with a brand new screen protector! My phone looks good as new! If you're having any problems at all with your IPhone 📲 I highly recommend the Orchard Store in Elmwood! Thank me later!!!!
My MacBook Pro had issues with USB-C ports dying and we really did not want to go to Lakeside. Found this authorized Apple repair place and I want to give them 10/10. Very transparent about pricing and time to fix. Back with my laptop in a few days and avoided all the traffic at the mall. Win win!

A sales associate at a nearby Verizon store directed me to The Orchard. I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in for a diagnostic test as it had been acting up. The diagnostic test was free and didn't indicate any hardware or software issues with my phone. Brian helped me through the entire process and was very kind. He performed a revive of my phone to see if that could help address my phone's issues and didn't charge me a thing since it wasn't guaranteed that the revive would do the trick.
