There are definitely better spa options in Westchester. The pool area felt outdated and the sauna was extremely small. When we arrived, the receptionist Jessica was dismissive and our lockers were not prepared with robes. This visit was meant to celebrate my mom’s 63rd birthday and we were told something special would be arranged, but nothing was acknowledged. Anne at the front desk at Opus Westchester Spa was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had several questions and a few scheduling changes while booking hair, makeup, and other services, and she handled everything with patience and professionalism. The staff at the spa were so lovely! Ezekiel and Ann were both wonderful, they were extremely attentive and informative! I will definitely come back!
