I booked a visit to this spa for a friend’s birthday expecting a relaxing, high-end experience based on their website and advertised amenities, but unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. Several of the amenities they promote were either extremely small and not in best condition. I would give this place zero stars. Do not come here. Lisa Marie, the spa director, is so unprofessional and rude. We expressed feedback about the place and our dissatisfaction calmly and she was immediately defensive and told us we were “nitpicking”. That is insanely unprofessional to say to customers. I recently visited this spa and was quite disappointed with the experience, primarily due to misleading information on their website and a lack of value for the price. To start, the website does not disclose that the pool is shared with the hotel, which takes away from the sense of exclusivity one would expect at a spa. The pool itself is far less impressive than the photos suggest — more akin to a basic indoor hotel pool than a luxury wellness facility.
