Unfortunately, my experience with Opus Spa was extremely disappointing due to terrible customer service. I was repeatedly told that someone would “check on” my refund and get back to me, but no one ever followed up. Calls were not returned, and I was left chasing basic answers for weeks. It took over a month of constant follow-ups and dealing with rude, dismissive staff just to get my own money back. A refund should not require this much effort or persistence from a customer. Ann was incredibly helpful in booking the services. She made the entire process effortless. My makeup and hair were done by Hencys, an exceptional makeup artist who is kind and gentle. She did an outstanding job, leaving me feeling beautiful!
I visited the opus day spa a week before my treatment to tour the facilities. Everything seemed okay except for the leak in the roof from the pool above which I brushed off. I arrived for my appointment as discussed and booked over the phone with Ezekiel to find out they did not have my appointment available. They tried to book me an hour later but as a first time guest to the Opus Spa I did not think this was okay after preparing for a relaxing day at the spa. A bad first impression overall.
My wife and I just had an absolutely incredible experience at The Opus Spa! From the moment we walked in, Ann at the front desk was amazing. She was insightful, pleasant, and incredibly welcoming. You could tell she is very well-versed in their services, and she made the check-in process seamless for both of us. For the treatment itself, I had Hope as my masseuse. I was a member for months. Unfortunately, another company took over, everyone was let go, and the services went downhill from there. I requested treatments at the desk, by phone and over email. They said they didn't know how to book them or perform them as all of the staff was new. I was paying $200 a month and more for products, treatments, and services. It is not worth it.
