A friend of my wife booked a room at the Opulence hotel for Thursday 28th December. We got a last minute message that the location had to be changed from Landmark House in Bradford centre to No 7 Stone Street (apartment 9), due to problems with the heating at Landmark House. When we arrived, the place looked like a homeless hostel not a hotel. The carpets had been urinated on, there was rubbish in the corridors, the mailboxes in the entrance had all been bent open.
