I was very impressed by the high standard of professionalism demonstrated during my visit. I particular a shout out to Shelley who went above and beyond in helping me select my new glasses.
I have felt pressure at other optical stores to have unneeded tests and buy the top of the range glasses but TOS staff (Marion) have always made me feel welcome and their range of frames are very fairly priced and they have a good range.
From having a bad experience at Specsavers, I wasn't sure about another optical place, Howe the service here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and gave me correct glasses, patient with me choosing, helped me choose and took their time to go beyove and beyond. I was grieving also for my appointment, had a cry and the ladies were very kind to me. Highly recommend.
Recently visited to look for new multifocal glasses as the competitors were too expensive for the glasses I liked. The staff were wonderful, gave me lots of options and I found the glasses I loved at a fantastic price and with the high end options for the lenses. Definitely recommend and will get glasses again here.
Yknow what the only eh experience i had was when i paid $10 to fix the arms of my glasses but then other times it was free, oh yeah the people and glasses are really nice btw which reminds of Loona’s Sonatine
