Miss Robinson was fantastic she held 3 pairs of spectacle in the back for me for 3 days dispite the fact that somebody else might have want them aswell. I struggled on colour and sort as I couldn't choose because they were all so good. She just went with my thoughts. She didn't try to persuade me at all and didn't try to make a sale and that's the kind of customer service I like.. Well done. Amazing customer service! The whole team is super lovely. A big Thankyou to Teya in particular for taking the time to help me pick out my new frames.
I take forever to find frames so being shown a pair that suit my face and personality was fantastic. My partner is fair so being offered a drak frame has given his face interest. He stated the prescription is better too. Very happy.
