Easily accessible and understanding
Very disappointed with the optrician during eye test. She was rude and rushed through the test and said she had to talk fast.
I wasn’t even a regular shopper with these guys, but they were still willing to help! Even when the item only costed me $5. Excellent attention to detail, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. Thankyou !
Miss Robinson was fantastic she held 3 pairs of spectacle in the back for me for 3 days dispite the fact that somebody else might have want them aswell. I struggled on colour and sort as I couldn't choose because they were all so good. She just went with my thoughts. She didn't try to persuade me at all and didn't try to make a sale and that's the kind of customer service I like.. Well done.
