My uncle broke his frames beyond repair while on holiday, we went to a few other optometrists who couldn’t help. The staff working here immediately tried to help and began searching for a frame that would fit and managed to find one for his 30 year old glasses. The frame price was very reasonable and cheap and the staff working chucked in the case for free. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we got from the staff
I called in to the store to seek assistance to repair my driving glasses, which had again lost a pin. Manager Andrew repaired them immediately at no charge! Great customer service! Thank you! I can now drive my car home as we live interstate

Very disappointed with the optrician during eye test. She was rude and rushed through the test and said she had to talk fast.
