I ordered a cell phone case through Open Sky's website. The supplier of the item was Modes Wireless. I received an e-mail from USPS stating my package was delivered to me, but I never received it. USPS investigated this issue upon my request. They determined Modes Wireless assigned an incorrect duplicate tracking number to my package.
