Jason’s programs and patterns were without doubt the game changer to recovery and whenever I overdo it or feel a twinge I revert those basics and recovery comes easily. His communication is great and relaxed. Stick to the program and trust the methods is my advice. It can feel a bit overwhelming. But worth it
