My experience was great so far , specially with Miss Debbie, she's a serious and competent professional that's also caring and supportive , looking forward to continue my journey of healing with her !
Last year Tim not only helped me with the immediate pain my lower back was in, but also gave me the tools and knowledge to manage this chronic issue going forward. He also helped me prep for a half marathon which I did pain and injury free. And now I have hurt my ankle and Tim is the physio I want to book with so I can be sure that I will make a full recovery to allow me to continue with the sports I like to do.
Debbie has been amazing throughout my recovery, it’s been a long stressful 8months but I truly believe her rehabilitation plans helped speed it up. She created these plans and loaded them up to an app which is super simple to use and follow, we would have monthly FaceTime convos and she would reply to my emails whenever I sent them ( which was pretty frequently ! ) even though she had no obligation to do so. I Highly recommend her!
I found Tim while looking for help with my reoccurring plantar fasciitis issue. I’d been struggling with heel pain for a while and needed professional guidance.
