Bought a Groupon for a couples massage. Been trying to schedule since November. Left voicemails, even during normal business hours, and no return call. Talked to someone once who said they need to get back to me when they have two masseuses in at the same time. Worried I'll just lose out my money since they're not booking me. Willing to change my review after service, but right now I'm pretty disappointed and can't recommend. So if you see this, One Spa, please give me a call back.

I had a great experience with One Spa. The massage was excellent, the environment was very calming and I would definitely come back for another massage. Overall I would highly recommend!
Travis is excellent at his messages. The environment is warm and welcoming. His beds are top-notch with very comfortable sheets and blanket. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I think the key is consistency.
