I am not sure what happened but I ordered a Groupon for Christmas for a couples massage for my wife and I and then I could not get a hold of them. I called, left messages, texted as directed to on their website, and got no response. Also I think the site was down so I could not book online either. After a few weeks of trying, I refunded my purchase through Groupon. Hope everything is okay with them but I am dissatisfied for the listed reasons.
Bought a Groupon for a couples massage. Been trying to schedule since November. Left voicemails, even during normal business hours, and no return call. Talked to someone once who said they need to get back to me when they have two masseuses in at the same time. Worried I'll just lose out my money since they're not booking me. Willing to change my review after service, but right now I'm pretty disappointed and can't recommend. So if you see this, One Spa, please give me a call back.

I had a great experience with One Spa. The massage was excellent, the environment was very calming and I would definitely come back for another massage. Overall I would highly recommend!
