I am sharing this to prevent others from having a similar experience. Following a consultation about my double chin and skin laxity, I underwent one Ultherapy session costing $1,000. I experienced no improvement, and the area appears worse post-treatment. When I raised this with the clinic, they denied having recommended Ultherapy for my concern. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
did the "free skin and scalp consultation" upon arrival was given tea and some snacks and waited 30~ mins. (while 4 staff was at the front) i had to pick either skin or scalp, it wasn't both as advertised. they took pictures of my skin and i was actually inside the room for 5mins 🤷♀️

Very disappointing. I booked in for the head spa. Upon review of my scalp, I decided it might be better to see a professional due to the condition of my scalp. I asked if I could transfer my $50 deposit to a different service or book in for another head spa after I have had my scalp looked at by a professional. The manager was adamant because I wasn’t going ahead with my treatment that was considered a cancellation.
