I’ve struggled with acne-prone skin for a long time and tried many places before, but The One Skin Lab truly made a difference. My skin has improved so much and my acne is finally under control. The team is very professional and really takes the time to analyze your skin before recommending treatments. The staff are all very nice, gentle and patient, and the service is amazing. Their techniques are excellent and I always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with acne or skin concerns!
I am sharing this to prevent others from having a similar experience. Following a consultation about my double chin and skin laxity, I underwent one Ultherapy session costing $1,000. I experienced no improvement, and the area appears worse post-treatment. When I raised this with the clinic, they denied having recommended Ultherapy for my concern. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
The service / atmosphere of this place does not match the price tag. The machine was not working 10 mins into the facial I booked for so I had to quickly choose something else. No compensation or discount on the new service. No relaxing music or atmosphere that represented a spa more just like a cold treatment room.
