How disappointing! I ordered a kit I needed for a procedure and was waiting for it, but got no communication - just a refund a week later. Now I'm without product needed.

I was quite excited to have a facial done here based on the great reviews but sadly it was quite the disappointment all around. After a brief consultation, the Bela MD was recommended and the facial was subpar. During the consultation I identified my area of concerns, which included blackheads, dryness in my forehead, minor whitehead, and possibly clogged pores in my tzone area. This place is an absolute delight! The staff are incredibly kind, and Terry and Dr. Cindy are simply amazing! Dr. Cindy goes above and beyond to understand your goals and concerns—her bedside manner is truly 11/10! This was my first experience at One Skin Clinic. I went to treat a bump on my nose. I was treated by Dr. Sanaz. She and her team are very professional and made me feel in good hands. I also had a complementary consultation with Terry. He is very knowledgeable and recommend a personalized treatment for my skin. I will definitely continue my skin care treatments with this team!
