Hands down one of the best massage in Fort Lauderdale. Prices are really good. Got cupping, 1 hour massage and 30 min foot massage for just 150$. Felt so relaxed after the massage. Relaxing and really peaceful rooms.

They are professional with many years of expertise, very welcoming staff, Vivian was amazing in explaining all services they have and recommend what good for your need, the hot stones was amazing experience. Highly recommend
I visited The One Massage & Spa for the first time back in December 2023. It was so delightful, I’ve been back many times since and always get a great massage. The hot stones feel great, I will continue to bring my business here. I’ve had many massages and this place is the best. The place is always clean and smells fresh. Vivian is amazing and the new masseuse Jenny is fabulous... five stars.
