My experience with the Oliver Law Firm has been what you would want from legal representation. They answer any questions you may have and are very timely in getting back with you on any questions. I’m deeply disturbed by Attorney Russ Oliver’s defense of deputies N. Cobb and Philpot in the tragic case of Michelle Sanders. Michelle was visibly intoxicated, fleeing domestic violence, and walking alone on a dark road. The deputies refused to give her a short ride—not due to protocol, safety, or policy, but simply because they didn’t want to. Minutes later, Michelle was struck and killed by a tractor trailer.
