Bad customer service, below par products, and not a pleasant experience. So many wonderful things in Julian that you're better off avoiding this one.
Love this shop! The owner is very generous and works super hard to make this place, and the products, awesome. Her no-nonsense demeanor may be a turn-off to some people, but I know she is one of the most genuine and compassionate people I've ever met. She makes all of the products herself, and that means caring for a lot of goats to use their milk. A lot of goats. A LOT of work. This woman is a machine! Love this place. Very friendly staff. Love they support goat products. Even pet friendly with my dog bear.
I adore this store! The owner and her family are so kind and knowledgeable! Their products are amazing. I love their laundry detergent, lotions and soaps! I use them all. I adore that they support other local businesses by sharing their products as well I highly recommend trying the goat cheese and fudge. We hope to see more baby goat visits in the future as this is always such a treat. Julian is a better place because of stores and people like this.
