Vibe was wonderful, people were great
I recently won an almost $300 bid on bookshelf on their online auction and it did not have all the parts. I’ve emailed and called countless times trying to figure out how to find the missing pieces (cannot be built with only 2/5 side pieces) or what can be done. After finally receiving a response that they “personally” can promise all pieces were there on pick up (nothing was bundled together, laid out loosely on a blanket upon pickup) they refuse to offered a refund or even any solution because it’d been “too long”.
